Accessibility
The practice is accessible to wheelchairs, there is a ramp from the pavement and the carpark for users to access the front doors, which are automatic. There is also a lift should any patient need to go upstairs should the clinical member of staff they are seeing be working n one of our clinical rooms on the second floor.
We do try to keep all the clinical team on the ground floor so that patients with mobility issues, wheelchair users or visually impaired and audio impaired patients have less to worry about. Our doors are double doors when entering the building and the waiting room. We have a hearing loop for those who are audio impaired, and we have the Language line for those patients that might need an interpreter. Patient toilets are accessible also on the ground floor these are equipped and accessible for ALL patients.

NHS 111
NHS 111 has been introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services in England. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. Read more here.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
